General terms car rental
Under this agreement, the rental of a IOANNIS PAROUSIS – J&P , hereinafter J&P, is rented to the underwriter of the car listed herein (including any car that replaces it) in accordance with the following terms and agreements and those listed on the front side of which the recipient is fully regarded as the lessee.
The tenant received the car he examined and found his absolute desire, in excellent condition and suitable for the purpose and purpose for which he was leasing. The Tenant is required to return to J&P the car and all forms, tools and components (repair, jack, tools, pharmacy, fire extinguisher, triangle, antenna) that accompany the condition received, and in place and time specified by present.
Failure to do so, and after the agreed time of the tenant’s return, shall be liable to pay to J&P the normal charge for use and compensation for any positive and consequential loss. After 30 minutes from the agreed time of car delivery the lessee will be charged with one (1) extra rental day. J&P reserves the right to regain possession and use of the car at any time without notice and without the Tenant’s consent, but at any cost, by any means whatsoever, in any event at whose discretion there is a risk of damage. or the loss of a car and the inability to collect compensation. J&P has the right except in the above case to regain possession and use of the car if used or used in breach of the terms of this contract or the pre-determined rental time.
During the lease, the lessee and anyone who signs this agreement is required to do good and in accordance with the destination and present use of the car, to check its mechanical condition, the existence of oil, water etc. tires and safety. of its movement, to lock and guard it by the use of security systems and to take measures to prevent it from being stolen or diminished in value.
If the tenant wishes to extend the lease of the car, he must notify J&P in writing at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the lease in order to obtain the relevant written approval, if available. If he fails to do so, he has civil and criminal liability for unlawful use and possession of the car.
The lessee has to comply with the applicable provisions of the Code. as well as any other traffic regulations. In the case of a fine for violations of the Code. the penalty and the fine shall be borne exclusively by the lessee.
The tenant is expressly prohibited from using the car for:
(a) to carry heavy goods and luggage
(b) carry more persons than those specified in his marketing authorization
(c) lease it to third parties.
(d) to attend or participate in motor vehicle races.
(e) grant the right to drive another not listed in the lease agreement.
In the event of an accident or other incident (fire, theft, etc.), the lessee or the additional driver shall be immediately obliged to:
(a) fail to recognize the liability or guilt and values of third parties in any way, directly or indirectly,
(b) enter the name and addresses of the inbound witnesses as well as the name and address of the driver and the details of the vehicle with which the car collided;
(c) notify the police of a third party’s liability and of any possible injuries.

(f) photograph the scene of the accident and the cars involved in the accident if possible.
The lessee is required within 24 hours to complete and sign the accident / theft statement at J & P’s store and submit any documents or information about the accident. In the event of theft or loss of the car, the lessee is obliged to report the incident in writing to the nearest police authority within 24 hours.
The car can only drive the tenant and an additional driver, which is stated in the rental contract. Both drivers must be between 25 and 75 years of age and hold a Greek / European or International Driving License (along with the original driving license of that country) valid and issued at least one (1) year ago.
The cost of gasoline is borne by the lessee. Only unleaded petrol is used.
Periodic maintenance of cars is provided by J&P. Renter may not repair the car in case of damage
Booking cancellation policy
1. 100% refund will be made to the customer if the reservation is canceled 24 hours before receipt.
2. In cases where the reservation has been canceled less than 24 hours after receipt, the amount of 20 Euro will be withheld.
Non-Show Policy
Cases where the customer or tenant fails to pick up the car after it has been booked are called “No Show” status, which means that there will be no refunds made when booking the car.
Cancellation at the rental office
The last minute cancellation at the rental office will be considered “No Show” and will not be refunded.
Change of rent in rental offices
You can request a larger or smaller car or other vehicle model at the rental office, but the supplier reserves the right to make changes or modifications at the last minute, depending on the availability of the cars. There may be additional charges to be paid at the rental office if the lease change request is accepted by the supplier.
Delayed rent
If you arrive late at the rental station without prior notice of any changes to your travel plans, your rent will be considered ‘No Show’. Car rental suppliers have the right to cancel your reservation as late receipt, due to the high demand for cars in the rental office. Car-rental.online bears no responsibility for any changes caused by the unavailability of the rental office.
To avoid the “No Show” status, you could ask the supplier to keep your car, informing you of any changes to your travel plans. It is recommended that you provide your flight details at the time of booking so that the supplier can inform you of your arrival time in case of delay.
